Sgt. Daniel David Gurr was 21 years old when he was killed in action in the Sangin valley, Helmand province, Afghanistan on August 5^th 2011.

He was in The 3^rd Reconnaissance Battalion, 3^rd Marine Division, 3^rd Marine Expeditionary Force.

The Sgt. Daniel D. Gurr foundation’s mission is to help the active and in-active members of the United States Armed Forces.

By sending packages to Afghanistan we are trying to make our warriors lives a little bit better.

We have started a wounded warrior hunt in Eastern Utah to give something back to our wounded heroes.

 We will also make donations to the Fisher house in Dover Delaware.
